During your order placement, you may have some queries. To make the process easier, we have listed a few common questions that may appear in your mind.
- How do I get order confirmation?Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message and a confirmation email on the email id provided by you. This email will contain the entire information about your order like your order number, order details, shipping address, payment details and expected date of delivery.
- How much time will you take to deliver my order?Basically, there are two steps of order delivery. One is dispatching the items from our store to the courier service provider and second is the item delivered to you by the courier boy. Generally, we dispatch the items within 24 hours of the order placement. Later, the courier service may deliver the item to your location within 1 to 6 days, depending upon the shipping location.
Please note that this time doesn't include Sundays and public holidays.
- Will I get shipment confirmation for my orders?Aarav Rakhis keeps you updated about the status of your order. Therefore, you will get a message when your order is shipped and out for the delivery. Alternatively, you may log in to our site and check the current status of your order.
- What are your shipping charges?Items sent to India are free of any shipping charges, but international orders have to bear the shipping charges. The shipment charges depend upon the weight of your order. You may collect the shipment charges from our website. Click the "Shipping Charges” button to calculate your shipping charges.
